Christina offers both in-person healing therapies in the therapy room or in the comfort your own home as a distance Reiki treatment. Christina works with you to identify any areas you would like to focus on and also works intuitively during the session, moving her hands where healing energy is most needed for your wellbeing.

Cancellation policy
I understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Please give 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. If you cancel after this time, you will be charged a £20 cancellation fee.

In-person Reiki healing
About the session
Christina will answer any questions you may have and you will discuss your healing needs and whether you feel most comfortable with her hands in contact with your body or raised slightly above you. You will be fully clothed laying on the therapy bed or sitting somewhere comfortable like a chair.

Christina will work intuitively, with Reiki guiding her, to allow whatever healing is most beneficial to you in that moment.

You should wear loose, comfortable clothing for the session that will not restrict your relaxation when lying down.
​
Allow up to 1 hour 15 minutes for each session. This includes the treatment time, the opportunity to ask questions beforehand and a moment for reflection afterwards.

If you are unable to make it in person, you could try a distance healing session instead.
Distance Reiki healing
About the session
Christina will speak with you before your session to make sure you're relaxed and ready, and to talk about your specific needs. She will answer any questions you may have.
During the session you should get comfortable, somewhere you can lie down, in a quiet area where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the session. You may need a blanket to stay warm and you can play relaxing music to support your experience.

Christina will then conduct the Reiki session and she will call or text you afterwards to let you know it's finished and to discuss any reflections you may have.
What to expect from your Reiki experience
For most people a Reiki treatment provides a deeply relaxing, almost meditative experience. People often describe a release of stress or anxiety and a general sense of wellbeing.

Reiki is a personal experience and can be slightly different each time. Most people will feel relaxed, calm and float in and out of a meditative state during the session. You may feel a variety of sensations during your treatment such as warmth or coolness. You may see colours or experience tingling sensations throughout the body. You may also have a sense of release or relief from emotional or physical pain.
Many people feel an immediate benefit after their first session. Others may need additional sessions for deeper transformation of their physical and mental wellbeing.
Generally between 3 and 5 sessions are recommended for a real breakthrough in healing and overall wellbeing.
Some people struggle to calm their mind on their own and benefit from the time during a session to be still and focus on their own needs, similar to meditation. Most people return for the sense of peace and calmness and to maintain a general balance in their energy body.
